"Bridging the Gaps Between Where You Are and Where You Want to Be.”
I work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, student athletes, and professional athletes navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, addiction, grief, relationship conflict, parenting challenges, life transitions, and performance related stress. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in unhealthy patterns that are affecting their relationships, confidence, and overall well-being.
I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly process difficult experiences while developing healthier ways to move forward. My approach is collaborative, strength based, and individualized, incorporating Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy to help clients reframe challenges, build resilience, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication, and create meaningful change. Rather than focusing solely on problems, therapy centers on identifying practical solutions, personal strengths, accountability, and long-term growth.
Depending on the client’s needs, therapy may include traditional office sessions, walk-and-talk therapy, community-based sessions, and sports-oriented interventions designed to support emotional wellness, confidence, resilience, and peak performance. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, develop healthier perspectives, and achieve lasting relief while building the tools necessary to navigate life more effectively.
Seeking therapy takes courage, and healing begins with feeling heard, respected, and understood. Together, we can work toward restoring balance, strengthening relationships, and creating a healthier path forward.
